Community Care of Northeast Indiana is the parent company to 4 different ministries which services 12 Indiana counties.

• The Resource Center provides relief assistance for families looking for help with rent, utilities, car & home repairs, financial budgeting along with community referrals.
• Grace & Mercy Transitional Housing offers a safe & secure place for women & children who are displaced due to homelessness, domestic abuse, re-entry from incarceration, and those needing a fresh start.
• Hannah's House is a 3-6 month recovery program for women upon release from addiction treatment rehab or those looking for substance abuse recovery & housing.
• Community Thrift offers job training for housing residents & clients, community volunteerism, clothing vouchers for families needing assistance, and great value item open to the public.
