Two things are important for us to remember: First our dues are an INVESTMENT in our community. The Chamber’s primary responsibility to, “promote the economic, commercial industrial and educational interests” of Decatur. In short, your dues bring customers, clients, and dollars to Decatur.

Homebuyer Assistance Funds

Members of the Chamber and their employees receive the benefit of the Chamber’s enrollment into the Indiana Employer Consortium. This housing benefit is used as down payment on closing costs when purchasing a home and it is equal to 3% of a home’s purchase price. Borrowers do not execute any agreement for fund repayment or additional lien on the purchase property and should contact the administrator prior to executing a purchase agreement. DRH serves as the Consortium’s administrator.
