Family LifeCare began in 1996 providing hospice and grief support services and was known to the community as Family Hospice of Northeast Indiana. In 2007, they expanded their services to include palliative care which resulted in a name change, Family Hospice and Palliative Care. Currently, Family LifeCare is developing their services to also include home health care, infusion therapy, care management and Wings of Hope, a specialized pediatric program.
Family LifeCare encompasses the following services:
Family Hospice: Supportive Care for individuals & families dealing with a terminal illness
Family Home Care: Skilled nursing, personal care and therapies provided in your home
Family Palliative Care: Expert Symptom Management for pain, nausea, anxiety, and more
Family Grief Support: Guidance for those grieving a loss
Wings of Hope: Children’s home health, hospice and grief support
Family Infusion Therapy: In-home blood transfusions, IV’s and subcutaneous infusions
Family Care Management: Skilled nursing to personally case manage the patient’s care for self-pay or VA clients
